This appears to be 'the print head carriage is obstructed by jammed paper or other foreign material and cannot return to the home position.' (On the left hand side of the page, click on Problem Solver > Diagnosing the Problem, and scroll down to where it says Error Indicators and look for the lights ... in the left hand column.) It does explain how to clear the obstruction.
