Adopted the printer. Says that there isn't any black ink. The cartridge is so full it sloshes. Everything 'looks' fine in there - the tube is connected. I don't think it's clogged because if it were that, it would at least attempt to print. It won't let me do a cleaning or alignment or anything until I get this problem fixed (which is annoying). Should I go buy another ink cartridge to see if that fixes the problem? I have an Epson CX5400 Printer.Better bring the printer to a technician. It looks like an electronic problem. Also be sure to check your drivers and all the printer software in your system.
