All four colors stopped. I've changed the cartridges. Ink sometimes comes out as blotches, not letters. So I don't think it's clogged. Would re-installing it help? I have vista premium and the printer is an Epson C40.
You can clean the printer head with a moistened piece of cloth. You can use alcohol for this. Clean it for a number of times until the clog appears to have been removed. You would know this if you start finding ink on the cleaning cloth you are using.
