Are Remanufactured and Refurbished the same?
No. Remanufactured ink cartridges are working ink cartridges that have been processed and their components cleaned and replaced to meet the OEM specifications. Refurbished means that an item did not work correctly when it was manufactured, but was repaired by the factory.
