Are printer inks toxic?
Printer ink is mainly composed of water, ethylene glycol, and alcohol. Printer ink may cause gastric distress if you drink too much of it, but it is not toxic and it should not even induce vomiting. Printer inks is as toxic as a diswashing soap as it can make you sick but it generally won't cause a serious complication.
