Both the red and green lights on the top of my Epson C46 printer are flashing. I already changed my ink, but it's still not printing.
There is a very good chance that your printer heads are done for. Epson is notorious for having their printer heads fail within fairly short periods of time. And the cost of replacing them exceeds the cost of the printer in most cases. You're better off just throwing it out the window like you want to and go get a new printer.
