Brother MFC-240C Problem: Every time I print/Copy/Scan, it never prints out Red/Magenta.
Chance the magenta cartridge or if the colors are combined, the color cartridge is defective. If you changed the cartridge recently, you need to go in the toolbox printer sevice and do an alignment before the printer starts using the new cartridge.
