Currently we have a Dell 3100CN and we want to replace it because it's very expensive to maintain. Every month we need to replace the drum cartridge and its toners are very expensive. We're planning for HP but which model's the best? While comparing printers, take a look at the Lexmark Phaser solid-ink printers. I know a few businesses with them, and they have been very happy with them. Great print quality, comparable to, or better than laser. Very little waste as far as ink goes. It uses little solid 'blocks' of ink that is melted and applied to the paper. It is nothing like an inkjet printer.
