Do I need to buy a new cartridge if my cartridge is too clogged?
In most cases yes. A clogged printer cartridge means that there is more residue ink than imagined, which could destroy the cartridge quality and the print quality if you ever apply a refill. If you are determined to use that clogged cartridge and refill it, you can still attempt to clean it with warm water and a cotton swab.
