HP PSC500 printer won't print blue. I have changed the cartridge (new&original) but I still have the problem. I have cleaned the contacts. What next?
I think this may be a printer driver issue. I'd uninstall and then reinstall your printer driver. If you haven't already tried this, I'd also suggesting unplugging your printer from the electrical outlet. Sometimes this helps to reset it.
