Help getting my Epson Photo rx425 to work? I recently installed some ink cartridges and it seems one of them was faulty. when I turn the printer on, the carrier slams into the right side of the printer and all the lights flash. If I could even get at the carrier, I could replace the bad cartridge. Any ideas?

Changing the printhead has probably got nothing to do with your error. Try cleaning the shiny bar the carriage runs along with a damp cloth. Then lubricate it with a light oil such as WD40.
