Hi we have a Brother DCP- 115c printer. It worked fine until recently. The driver is installed correctly. There are all new ink cartridges in. (correctly fitted) It prints black and still scans pictures. However, we have tweaked and cleaned it many times, but it still won't print color. It was working great before.

You should try new Brother ink cartridges. If you have used non-Brother ink cartidges or refilled cartridges, these may have upset it.
