How can I print using the black BCI-15 BK black ink only (Windows XP)? Printing black ink documents can still use up color inks. To print with BCI-15 BK black ink only on my Canon puma printer in Windows XP, open the Properties window for the printer. Click on the Main tab. Select 'Plain Paper' as the Media Type. Select the box for 'Grayscale Printing'. Click 'OK' to save the changes. The printer will now only use the BCI-15 BK ink tank.
