How can I replace my Smart Chip?
Here are the steps in replacing or installing a smart chip Step 1: Go to Start Menu, then Settings and select Printers and Faxes. Delete your printer from the list. Step 2: Go to Start Menu, then Settings and select Add/Remove Programs and delete the printer details, Step 3: Ensure that everything relating to the printer has been deleted from the hard drive as well .Do a search of all the files and delete anything and everything that has your manufacturer? name associated with it. Step 4: Re-install your print drivers using the CD you originally used
