How do I clean an Epson Stylus CX5400 printer/scanner?
Use the cleaning utility that you have on the printer and only that. The print head is in the printer and is a very sensitive unit. the addition of any solvent may damage the print head permanently. First off are you using name brand epson cartridges? If not that may be the problem Do you often let the printer sit for more than month without use? That too could be a problem.
