How do I delete my print jobs when it failed to be deleted from print spooler in Windows XP of my HP DeskJet printer?
To delete printing jobs in the you HP DeskJet printer, Click Start, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Performance and Maintenance then double-click Administrative Tools. Double-click Services. Scroll down in the right side of the window and find the Print Spooler service. Double-click Print Spooler. If the Service status is stopped click the Start tab. If Start is not highlighted, then click the Stop tab in order to restart the Print Spooler. A progress message will appear and the spooler should be clear. It should now be possible to print or remove the printer driver as required.
