To delete printing jobs in the you HP DeskJet printer, Click Start, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Performance and Maintenance then double-click Administrative Tools. Double-click Services. Scroll down in the right side of the window and find the Print Spooler service. Double-click Print Spooler. If the Service status is stopped click the Start tab. If Start is not highlighted, then click the Stop tab in order to restart the Print Spooler. A progress message will appear and the spooler should be clear. It should now be possible to print or remove the printer driver as required.
