How do I print in a single color in Mac OS X?
To use monochrome printing in Mac OS X (Leopard), open the Print dialog box by clicking on the File menu and selecting 'Print'. Select 'Special Effects' from the pop-up menu. Specify the desired Monochrome Effects setting then click 'Print' to initialize printing.
