I'm still getting white lines on my paper whenever I print. My printers are both Brother Intellifax models. I've already replaced the toner and the drums for both. What could be the problem?Open it up, remove any visible paper, and with a compressor, blow the insides of it very throughly. If you don't have a compressor, a can of compressed air may work also. Chances are, there's a tiny sliver of paper somewhere, jammed somewhere you can't see. It's not large enough, or in a sensitive enough place to jam the machine altogether, but it could be blocking the printing on certain areas of your pages.
