I've just replaced a new black ink cartridge when my Epson printer called for replacing the cartridge. But after the new ink cartridge was installed, it is still asking for a replacement. Is there a way to fix it?
Check the contacts between the ink cartridge and the printer. You need to clean with a damp towel/paper towel if it's dirty. Also check the date of the ink cartridge and confirm it's not expired.
