I've this problem with my Brother printer DCP-135C. I tried doing a test print only colors came out was magenta,cyan and yellow. No black came out. Tried cleaning the black and it still the same. I just bought this printer and I'm having this problem. Has anyone else had this problem?

There are many causes to this problem, but try to clean the printer first before finalizing any diagnosis.
