I already installed the software for my Epson CX6400 printer in my computer. But after several tries, and my printer is still not working. What should I do?
Follow the steps below: Click Start-Control Panel-Add/Remove programs-then remove anything with Epson on it. Disconnect your printer from the computer and restart the computer. Re-install the software in your computer. Now, the old default settings would have been deleted, so you can start anew, as if you haven't installed the software ever before.
