I am running Windows XP and can't get my Xerox Workcentre xd100 printer to work. What can I do to fix it?
You will have to find and uninstall the setup program. Unplug printer all cables from computer and follow installation instructions. Remember that the computer will reboot automatically or perhaps you will have to do it manually to complete the setup. If everything is working right, the pop up will say that you've found a new component.
