I am trying to print a document on Microsoft Word, but it is not letting me because the color ink cartridges are empty, but black is fine. But I don't need color. Is there a way to make it possible to print? My printer is a Epson Stylus C88+.
Try this: 1. Click CTRL/P to bring up the printer dialog box. 2. Click the Properties button. 3. Click the Color tab. 4. Select Print in Grayscale. 5. Click OK. Hope that helps.
