I bought a Lexmark 1200 series printer for my T23 IBM Think Pad. My laptop will not recognize the USB cable and printer.
Many printers require you to install software before connecting printer - check your printers in control panel to make sure it isn't in there and then reboot computer, load CD and it should prompt you when to connect the printer.
