I bought the Samsung CLP300 and the results were great at the beginning(two months ago of spare usage in color), but now the copies come out with a brush of yellow or green ink at one side of the copy, making impossible to print anything but black and white. I have cleaned it thoroughly but the yellowish lines are still there. What do you think is the reason?
Your yellow drum or yellow imaging part of your printer is dirty, quite possibly two colors involved. Even if you can get in there your talking about some pretty sensitive parts and close tolerances. Take the cart in to an authorized dealer, tell them the problem, It could be something really simple. Also try cleaning your printer using the included utility.
