I came back from holidays to find my Epson D120 printer inoperable. Someone said I should clean the heads. How can I do it?
Cleaning the heads is done with the Epson software. If you hit CTRL and P it'll bring up the print screen. Click properties. Somewhere in there you should see 'tools' or 'maintenance' there should be an option to clean the heads there. Also, being brand new cartridges, make sure you got all the little plastic pieces off or that could also not let ink out. There may be some on the top, not just the bottom.
