I cannot see monochrome function in the printer properties. How can I correct this? The Monochrome Effect Printing function is not available when you select Grayscale printing or if Background Printing is disabled in Windows ME or Windows 98. It is easy to confirm whether background printing is in progress. Open the printer driver's Preferences/Properties dialog box, select Page Setup and click 'Printer Control'.
"I received the cartridges I ordered for my Epson 1520. They arrived in good time and I already have one installed, it is working fine. I primarily use this printer to download blueprints for electrical construction jobs.
I will be using you for cartridges on my other printers in the future.
