I downloaded and installed the latest drivers for my Dell AIO 922 printer. I keep getting the message: dlbtaiox.exe Application Error. The memory could not be written I have reinstalled the drivers, to no avail.

First, you need to free up some memory. Then try downloading the drivers again.
