I have Canon S630 and all the other colors work except for black. It's a new in ink cartridge and its clean.fairly new printer what do I do?
There is usually a tape strip covering a vent on the cartridge. If you have just installed the cartridge and did not remove the tape it will prevent the cartridge from working. If you are using a third part or non OEM cartridge, it may be the ink. Take the cartridges back and buy the original. If you have not used the printer in more than 30 days, you have a clogged print head. Run a number of nozzle cleanings.
