I have HP Photosmart C4280 and I can't install the program because the computer/printer don't recognize the USB. Help!
Some of the newer HP printers will not install if you still use USB 1.0 host controller. You can pick up a USB expansion card really cheaply and install that and see if that fixes the issue.
