I have a Brother MFC - 3420C. I ordered ink online, and the magenta and yellow ink cartridges don't work. Only the cyan works. Does anyone know how to fix it?
Either the cartridges are faulty, or the heads on the printer are clogged. Run a cleaning utility if the heads are clogged. You can also remove the cartridges and drop rubbing alcohol in the place where ink enters the printer. Wait half an hour for the alcohol to dissolve the clog and evaporate. Put the cartridges back in and try again.
