I have a Canon Bubblejet 610 printer. I burned the driver on the CD, but it won't install. Help!
If you downloaded it from the Canon driver's site, then the file you have should be an executable file. I normally try and avoid the 'Add a Printer' section in windows, I prefer to do it manually which means that I put the CD in the drive, double click on 'My Computer', navigate to the CD drive and double click on it. The driver file that is on the CD should launch itself and install your printer on it's own. Without having to go through the whole 'have disk', 'can't find a file' nonsense. See if that works, if you don't have an executable file, you may need to go download a different one. Make sure you are going directly to the Canon site (which I'm sure you already are).
