I have a Canon Multipass 390 (MP390) All in one printer. I just changed the ink cartridges and cleaned the print heads and it only prints in green, yellow, and blue. What could be the problem?
Check your printer utillity. You should have color options. Maybe something is disabled. When you installed new cartridges, your printer should have been calibrated.
