I have a Dell 720 printer (18 mo. old) I don't use it much but try to run it every 10 days. The black ink doesn't print now. I have cleaned the heads numerous times & installed a new cartridge and still no black ink. Any suggestions?

The problem seems to lie with the printer head You probably need the service of authorized service center to clean the whole thing. The ink is already stocked in the printer head so even you replace your ink still not working, general cleaning is the solution.
