I have a Epson Stylus Color 480sxu and it prints everything except black. I just bought new ink for it. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
I think the your printer's waste inkpad's counter has reached its limit. Usually any EPSON service will fix that, and change the waste ink pad. If there is no EPSON service near your location there is an utility to reset the counter. After resetting, everything should be OK, but remember the waste inkpad have to be changed very soon, otherwise the waste ink fill inside part of the printer and damage electronic parts.
