I have a HP Deskjet D1320 printer. I just bought a new black ink cartridge but the computer isn't recognizing it. What should I do?
Before attempting an impact adjustment, you should try washing the bottom of the cartridge in hot water under a faucet and wipe dry. If that does not work then try using Linux to print instead of Windows.
