I have a Lexmark X63 printer. If I once had software, I do not now. It has been a long time since I have made address labels with this printer. The label sticker sheets are on a standard size sheet. They are in columns of 3 and rows of ten. The actual labels are 1' X 2 5/8 '. Can I do this from Microsoft word? Do I need special software. Can you please tell me step-by-step?
You can easily do it using MS Word. This is how: On the Tools menu, point to Letters and Mailings, and then click Mail Merge. Under Select document type, click Labels. The active document becomes the main document Click Next: Starting document. If you need any help, use the help section of word.
