I have a Lexmark fax x4200. I had gotten a virus and when I try to do anything with the printer symbo, my computer freezes. I need to download the required information to re-install my fax/printer.
Go to www.lexmark.com. Click on 'drivers and downloads'. You choose Lexmark 4200 series. On the next page, click on 'download a driver'. Choose the Windows that you are using. Begin your download. Save and install it.
