I have a Lexmark printer and a Canon printer. I lost installation discs for both. I did try go to the sites of Lexmark and Canon to download from there, but I have no clue what to do. Please help.

You'll have to pick your version of Windows before you download. Download the packages and follow the directions. They may extract into a folder on your hard drive (take note of where it says) so that you can run the setup.exe file.
