I have a new ink jet printer and a new set of cartridge. But the printer message states that the cartridge has low ink.
It is not detecting the new cartridges for some reason. Please try to clean your ink cartridge, or try to remove the blue tape before installation. If you have done that you might have to use a chip resetter or run a print head cleaning tool. If they are brand new, it cannot be dirty so you might need to return it immediately.
