I have an Epson Color 600 printer. I replaced the color and the black ink cartridges, but the black ink won't print. Suggestions please?
Remove the cartridge and check that you removed the blue tape (some people have forgotten to do this. Check the connecter pad is clean and run the initialisation routine for new cartridges...if that fails, you either have a dead printer or a dead cartridge
