I have an Epson Stylus CX3650 and I have checked if everything works. Everything is all in place, and is expected to work fine.But it keeps printing blank pages even right after changing the ink cartridges. What is wrong with it?
It sounds like the print head is clogged.A common problem with your model is the ink purge tube comes loose. This in particular after changing cartridges. First check to see if the purge tube has come loose. If not, then clean the print heads.
