I have an Epson Stylus DX7400 All-in-one printer and I want to change the black ink cartridge. The rest of the cartridges don't move. What should I do?
Make sure your printer is turned on. It has to be for the cartridges to move. You might try using support on the Epson website. You can step through the troubleshooting guide for replacing an ink cartridge.
