I have an Epson Stylus DX8400 linked to a Mac and a PC via a Belkin hub. When I print anything from the PC it prints perfectly but when I print from the Mac, everything is out of register. I have tried reinstalling the software but with the same result. It is not the hub because both worked fine when I installed it. But one day, the ink levels were running low and it was after I replaced the cartridges that the register problems began to occur. Any suggestions?
On the Mac, go to FILE - page set up and check the size selected. Go to FILE and select print - check how your copy looks on preview. Connect the printer direct to the Mac and see if it works okay - if so it may be your hub.
