I have an Epson c42 plus printer. I've put new ink cartridges in and cleaned the heads, but the black prints out really poor. Can you get cleaning cartridges or kits to clean the heads more intensely?

You can use the built-in printer cleaning utility. It could be a cartridge problem, so try replacing it. If there's no improvement, it's probably the printer head.
