I have an Epson c90 and I just changed all the ink cartridges (yes! they are all original). It doesn't have any problem printing in any color, but with black, it does not print. What should I do?
First is to make sure the yellow tape covering the vent hole is removed. If that is run a series of print head cleanings, no more than 3 an hour to see if you get any improvement. It is a newer printer so the latter options should not be the case, if the print head cleanings fail you may have a print head which is no longer receiving an electronic signal. In this case, call Epson.
