I have an Epson dx4850 that has full cartridges but will not print. I have used cleaning cartridges to clean heads. Help!
Give the cartridges a good shake. Try cleaning the gold contacts on the cartridge with an absorbent tissue, if it doesn't work with a dry tissue try a wet one. It sometimes sucks the ink through and clears the ink path.
