I have an Epson printer that I don't use often, and I can't get the ink to come down to print. Right now, only blue and yellow are working. I can't get black to work at all. I have cleaned the heads and everything. What's going on?
inkjet printers have to be used often or at least turned on every 2-3 days to keep the ink from clotting. If running several cleanings doesn't help, drop some rubbing alcohol into the place where the ink goes into the printer, then run a few cleanings. If you're lucky, the alcohol will dissolve the clots. If not, you may be in for an expensive repair or a new printer.
