I have an HP Deskjet 6122. Whenever I try to print anything, it prints out pages of letters and symbols. When I went to the HP website to download a driver, they tell me that Windows Vista doesn't need drivers for the printer.
The HP website says a full feature driver is not available yet! The one in Vista will do basic text printing only. Do you have this one installed? If yes then HP recommend you try an alternative. Open the printers control panel and select Install New Printer Scroll through the list of printers until you find yours or a near equivalent. Keep trying till you find one that works.
