I have an HP Officejet 7200 series and can't get my computer to recognize it. I've tried everything.
Right Click Computer on Desktop or Start Menu. Go to Properties, Device Manager, and look for a yellow question mark. If you see one, click on that device and choose troubleshoot this device. Follow instructions or Update Driver and make sure to click search online for drivers. Reboot and check again. It should tell you if this device is working properly.
